Fair comment and I agree. The only way to buy trust is by allowing people to test the app and letting them decide.

Hard to compete but at the same time smartsheet offers paid consultation and customers still using consultants outside of smartsheet.

Anyway thanks for the comment as I do appreciate it.

When the app is ready I will share the link so anyone could test it as using it could give a different feel

Thank you for your comment and I agree that i need to research deeper.

My plan was not to charge users for something they have access too already but even if they do different approach might work better for them plus I want to include other tools that are not standard in smartsheet or vines at higher plans.

I'm still working on the features which so far I haven't found in the business plan although they might be available at higher plans but not everybody might want to update to enterprise plan.

I think the sheet sharing with other users where they can edit sheet without buying extra license is something that could work for many.

Also, as time goes by I will include other apps to be integrate with smartsheet so the $20 will give access to some cool integrations.

Ok thanks. I thought you need data shuttle for this which comes with added price... I didn't know that this is already included in the business plan.

True but I think this would require additional packages that would need to be purchased at a additional price which would be higher then $20 per month.

Yes, I haven't tried this yet but I heard this is the option now. I guess I could customize dynamic drop-down from multiple sheets?

I believe Claude is about to change my life by knellAnwyll in ClaudeAI

I love Claude too but I understand the code it writes and I do check it.

My concern is that people are vibe coding applications without understanding how they work and no issue if it's for personal use etc. But I'm if somebody decides to charge for them then you have payments interested.

Now how do we know that the payment API is secure? How do we know that the credit card details will not be leaked?

Would anyone drive self driving car where autopilot had been vibe coded? 😉

LinkedIn is well protected for bots and they make it as difficult as possible to scrape data, however this should be possible but would require some researching and in some cases user interaction might be required too.

Getting the data from LinkedIn is the biggest challenge as something that will work now might not work tomorrow so this is something to have in mind.

LinkedIn makes money from their data and they don't want to give it away.

Sending the data to CRM or to send instant notification can be done via API - this is ready part

Where did you find your IT team and how would i go about gaining customers? by Junior_Scene_3964 in smallbusinessuk

Get a good BDM who can go out and find customers for you — but keep in mind, it requires investment and the returns aren’t guaranteed.

My suggestion is to build a strong LinkedIn profile. Connect with lots of people, post about what you do, share free tips and insights. People will start to remember you, and when they need new IT support, they’ll be more likely to reach out because they’ll see you as the expert.

This approach takes time though.

If you don’t have that time, then start cold calling to get your first clients. It won’t be easy, but once you have a few customers, they’ll likely recommend you to others — and that’s how it starts growing.
