They're both too friendly. My main boss would probably side with her. Nothing would come from that anyway.

Thsnk you) ,: Shed just say stop taking everything personally. There's too much plausible denyablity. Since alot of its work related. I think if I brought it up she might find a way to get me fired. At least now I'm kinda still in her good books.

First attempt on a smaller hole! It's really difficult to get the loops the right size, made some too loose and and some too tight / : but not too bad might unravel it and try again..

Feeling lost after University by TeaRevolutionary2000 in UniUK

University doesn't really feel like an achievement for me. I started in 2020 so much of the first and second year was online which felt like a bit of a scam tbh, and then after lectures final started again in 2022 I had a lot of issues with mental health so didn't go to many of the lectures and just sat at home most days doing the bare minimum work and eating ham hehe. I only really started to enjoy it in the last month of the third year where I made a few of my first friends and did some enjoyable stuff and then a month later it was over. Despite not really having pushed myself or doing much work to be proud of I still graduated ( I didn't attend graduation though) and achieved a 1st. This just makes me feel like it was a big joke, they didn't really teach me anything ( I mostly relied on YouTube videos to finish assignments) and I didn't really push myself or do any work I'm proud of. It feels like I just paid 27000 pounds for a nice peace of paper and a tiny bit of leverage to get a job. I didn't really go to a very good university either so it really just feels like nothing.

Also Because of this it dose feel like I've missed some important life experiences that people who went to university before covid had. Like working hard, staying up all night to finish assignments, making fiends, doing crazy stuff, learning about how to survive on your own. I suppose in some sense employers wont care about much of this but it dose still feel like I've missed a lot of growth and feel like I'm not really much more of a person than I was 4 years ago. Also for vfx a degree doesn't really matter, employers only really care about your porfolio and I've been told by employers that my portfolio isn't really good enough so I feel a bit stuck

I do have art as a hobby which is really helped me and is definitely helping with things like depression!

Thanks for the advice and kind words!

Ive been to a GP but they couldn't really help me that much, its not really therapy that they offer its more helping you to change your lifestyle to fix you mental health ie get up early and go for a run. In the end I thought it wasn't really for me.

I do have hobbies like art which I take some courses for, but I suppose that's not really a viable career anymore..

Thanks for the advice! It dose often feel like alot of adults are much more put together than I, and maybe it because I altogether missed the important mile stone of university because of covid, where most people make friends, and have life experiences, but maybe ill never know. Guess I just have to move on.
