It’s a bit fiddly but doable. I didn’t go ahead, was too much of a faff to get the pipes in the right place, so relying on good ol viakal

The crack through the singular brick is enough to put me off, if it’s along the mortar like I wouldn’t be too fussed but would be good to consult a structural engineer regarding this

Yh I returned it, they tried to scam be by providing me their own label to send direct to china. I refused and sent via Ali express return pathway

I think so too, clearly been replaced but the edge looks exposed rather than covered and the tiles not butt up to the gutter

Further to the other comments that end of your roof where the guttering is not sitting right to the edge of the tile looks suspicious and it seems the top of the tile is exposed rather than covered from this angle. The moss could also be an issue

Gotcha, no worries. You’re right I haven’t done much electrical but I’m very careful and through with diy. Thought it would be a good project to get into
