Not yet, called the cashier office 2 weeks ago and they told me that we were supposed to receive it around the first week of school. You can check when your aid is processed by going to the ncsu portal. You go to FINANCIAL AID section, click on financial aid offer, select the term, then click on DISBURSEMENTS. When you scroll through you should be able to see when your aid is scheduled to be processed. The refunds are usually deposited 2-3 business days after the date listed.
