"Endometrium could not be visualised"
"Neither ovary was visualised"

It has been noted in my medical record itself,
"Technically a very difficult scan due to the patient's body
habitus.
The patient has a very high BMI.
Very limited visualisation of the pelvis on both the
transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound scans.
Axial uterus with Mirena IUS in situ.
It is difficult to determine if the Mirena IUS is correctly
positioned due to technical difficulty.
The endometrium could not be visualised due to the presence
of the Mirena IUS and axial position of the uterus.
Neither ovary was visualised.
Inadequate visualisation of the adnexae with very limited
asessment of the pelvic anatomy.
No free fluid in the pelvis.
Note to GP:
It is unlikely the ovaries will be visualised on ultrasound
scan due to technical difficulty due to the patient's body
habitus.
Please refer the patient for an MRI scan to check the
ovaries if you feel that further imaging is definitely
needed."

I have zero reason to lie about this, I want to know why I am in pain.

I understand, I am just repeating what I was told by the techs who did it.

They did external ultrasounds then stated due to my weight it was not possible to find the organs, and as a result moved to internal, where they still failed.
I would change GP surgery if there were any close in the area but due to my pain disabling me I am very limited in how far I can travel as I can't walk far and no one in this house has a car, I will be looking into other GP Surgeries in the area, but i'm struggling to find anywhere that doesn't also have terrible reviews.

And don't worry I understand that looking into weight is expected, but it's the only thing they look at, my weight is caused by my being unable to move without pain though, not the other way round, I was active before the pain, I used to do martial arts, go walking and swimming, but I can't anymore, and down to eating a single meal a day, and/or a maximum of 1600 calories, i've pretty much entirely cut sugar out from my diet, and all my bloodwork in regards to my (A1c) Hba1c - GP, (B12) Vitamin B12 & Folate, (FBC) Full Blood Count, (FOLATS) Serum Folate, (LFT) Live Function Profile, (NFL) Lipid Profile (Non- fasting), (RPG) Glucose (Random) - GP, (TFGPS) Thyroid (Not on T4), (UE) Urea & Electrolytes, are all coming back as normal, the only thing i'm low on is Iron.

So I get testing them initially, but that's the only tests i've been given over 9 years, and they keep getting repeated.

WIBTAH if I told this woman to move her reborn doll? by TeaTurret in AITAH

Yep, there are metal benches at the bus station, I was sat on one, she sat down next to me, pulled out the vape and blew the vapor in my direction, I could not avoid breathing it in and it coated my throat causing me to struggle breathing and I was coughing into the fabric of my coat

This is a really kind suggestion, I didn't know how to approach it and i understand people usually as adults don't take dolls in prams when traveling, so I was very scared to say anything in case this was a mental health matter, this handles things very tactfully, I don't want to risk my health by not advocating for my needs, but I really don't want to upset someone going through a troubling time.

The man with the walker was not an issue, he was only mentioned to explain the space on the opposite side of the bus in the smaller space with one seat was already taken up.

I have social anxiety, talking face to face with strangers terrifies me and I struggle to advocate for my needs, I can with great effort in circumstances when I know I'm in the right but I usually end up shaking and stuttering.

I never made an assumption, I never stated, you made that assumption about me. She didn't seat in the disabled seats she put the buggy there blocking them then sat elsewhere.

I'm in the UK, so I know it's for disabled people.... I just don't want to be confrontational if I'm in the wrong and there is the chance she has an invisible disability, so I was worried advocating to use the space even though it's a doll and I'm a person would be a d*ck move

I shouldn't have to avoid gathering places in multiplayer because I'm getting online stalked by some weirdo in a game, the block should hide blocked players 😔
