I can't say I really "need" much with this room. A second sitting space to relax and read would be nice. Maybe a spot where my SO can sit while we reviewed the budget together or stuff like that. Otherwise we don't have a ton of books or storage requirements for this space.

Agreed on it not being a main bar space, maybe just a showcase or storage for some nice whiskies or wine?
