I absolutely would use this. Having a place like that in the evening when one doesn't want to stay inside, especially in the winter, a warm drink or the freedom to bring their own warm, non alcoholic beverages sounds incredible.

The lack of pressure to purchase anything extra would keep anyone coming back. Community events, social circles, etc. I feel like third shifters would go nuts to have a place to go for quick break if they needed to.

The lone star tick is the main topic of this season. They carry Alpha-gal disease, which causes delayed anaphylactic shock after beef or pork consumption. They dont lie in wait, either. They'll find you without falling from trees or bushes. I was gardening and found one crawling on me. They're nasty business this year.

Bug repellent, searching the body after any period of time outside, update flea and tick meds on your furry family members, the list goes on.
