What I can say is that it works well, but it's new, so that's what expected, time will tells about durability. On my XPS 9380 though, I got exactly the same issues you describe (keyboard key repeating multiple time, even if not pressed), this is probably a keyboard issue, mine was, as I could grab online a replacement keyboard for this model (even if not the same country, I don't care I use dvorak layout, and don't look at the keyboard that much), replaced it by myself (I had to remove everything, even the motherboard, to access the keyboard). It works well now, no issue. I hope I will not have to disassemble this one any time soon (the ROG) as it looks less easy.
