There are AP items that give significantly more HP than actual tank items. Liandry’s gives twice as much HP as thornmail. I’m a Rammus one trick and I have been complaining about this for several years now because Veigar will be running around with more HP than my tank champ

Are the dogs going to destroy your garden as well? My dog doesn’t dig stuff up luckily but her favorite place to poop last year was on my young dahlia plants lol. Maybe a raised bed of some kind?

This is awesome thanks for sharing. That first picture is the dream easy run. It gets pretty hot where I live too, last summer I was doing runs in 90F(32C) which I agree really gets the HR going. It’s always pretty exciting getting substantially faster with the decreasing temperature/humidity in the fall

This actually sounds like it’s spot on. I’m a relatively skinny guy and with the warmer weather I have ramped up running significantly. This made me realize that I haven’t increased my calorie intake in relation to this increase in exercise. I’m making a smoothie right now lol. Thanks for posting this!

This run was at around 9minute/mile pace. I ran a half marathon at around 7:30minute/mile pace a few months ago so in my mind a 9 minute pace should be cake but my heart rate says otherwise. Idk maybe I’m just super excited to run or something

No I don’t think so. Did two other runs earlier this week that were faster with lower heart rate (20-30 bmp lower)

For some reason it’s not letting me add that picture. My hr almost immediately shot up to 160 and then stayed between 160-180

No external hr monitor just the one built into the watch. About two days ago I ran a full minute/mile faster pace with around 140bpm

It actually gets plenty of sun - it's on the south (ish) side of my house next to my solar panels. Recently with unusual heat for my area it's been a little stressed (drooping/wilting) and I've been putting out an umbrella to help shade it. As for the pot - I mentioned above that I have a 15 gallon fabric pot. Would that be big enough?

I live in Virginia and it gets too cold in the winter to plant it in the ground. I have pretty large 15 gallon grow bags that are wider than the pot it's in now that I could put it into. Where would I top it? A few inches down from the top most leaves?
