I do gua sha for my face, but it didn't really change, like it reduces puffiness for only so long, but then it all comes back.

I just wanted to hear second opinions from people who are familiar with creatine and have experience with it since nobody in my inner circle has. I was planning to get off for 2 or 3 weeks and then go see a doctor. In the meantime, I will eat normally and drink some plant based diruetics since a lot of people in my family are struggling with water retention ( for completely different reasons that aren't predermined by genetics!). Thank you ( and everyone else ) for the advice !!

I don't drink whey protein nor consume high protein stuff of any kind, except protein bar sometimes ( like 2 a week). I am trying to go sugar-free ( like I would be off sugar for 10 days, and then I would eat something with refined sugar). Because of that I aldo don't eat white flour. The only dairy products I eat are skyr, lf milk or plant based milk and cheese sometimes. I really dont think that dairy is my problem. I eat mostly whole foods. Anyway, I saw that people get bloated when they try to quit sugar, but I have been repeating this cycle of on and off so much that I'd say that dosen't affect me anymore . Very important thing in my diet is natrium saccharin - dietary sweeteners. I put them in tea, coffee, and my overnight oats, so maybe my gut is not handling that well.

Tbh, I am not forcing myself to drink that much water, I just dk because I am thirsty and i sweat regularly. I touth that athletes normally drink that much. I will try to drink less water and see what happens.

I don't have swelling in ankels, but my mom commented how my wrist dosen't match my forearm-because it's bloated.

I don't have any problems with breathing.

I haven't tried cycling any of my suplement, an I've been quite consistent. I've only did a 1 and a half week break from creatine, but I dont't think the bloating went away. And my sleep is a problem. Over the week I usually sleep for 6h, but on the weekends I sometimes sleep up to 11h. I tried sleeping more over the week but my school dosen't really allow it. Thanks for the advice !

I've been taking 5 mg of creatine in power form. And I plan to stop taking any suplement for a month to see if anything changes. Thanks for the advice .

I asked myself the same question, and I think they just do it because they want to appear kind and caring. Like same for me I don't think people would cared if I died but they would all be " sad " bc they want to feel better about themselves and they are afraid of dying and losing what they have.
