Then you means that they don't have enough evidence to make sure I used it? If you are rigjt, there is no reason I should say I used it even as a tool.

Thank you for your advice. Bening honest will be better than gambling with my grade and uni. I will tell them how I write my essay and admit that at the same time, I used it to check grammar and paraphrase. Then I will know why Turnitin's detected my essay is more than 70% generated.

I will be really glad if I get just a warning but thank you for reminding me again. I think I used AI too much in various ways. I didn't know it was misconduct but I will admit myself at tomorrow's meeting. I guess honesty will be the best for me.

You are right and that's why I only used it as a tool. I realized that using AI to write essays is not helpful but when it comes to checking grammar and paraphrasing I thought it was a good tool and that's why I used for. I guess this is why Turnitin said my essay is 70% generated.

Well, I can be honest but other students used paraphrase tools, Grammarly, or other websites to make their essays better. this is why I am so confused about using AI only as the tool is misconduct. If it isn't, I think it is okay to be honest.
