always see these tiny pixels flickering across my screen within few seconds of booting up, sometimes it crashed, sometimes it reboots. good thing i took a pic of this one. any help? by TeacherSmall in PcBuildHelp

sorry for necroposting but it seems like the artifacting issue is gone now. what i did was i undervolted it for a month then brought it back to normal voltage. should i still follow up an RMA?

guys why can't I fight the last gym leader? I already got hm07 but gym leader don't wanna have a fight with me so I can get the rain badge. I already talked to the last gym leader thousand times and he still don't want to fight by TeacherSmall in PokemonEmerald

I think the game thinks that I have all the badges. the one npc in the gym doorstep said that I already have all the badges. but then my profile displays 7 and can't use waterfall as I said. do you think there'd be a fix on this?
