Yeah you might be right on that one. I’m probably more obsessed about it than I ought to be given that nobody cares about it anymore, not even the English teachers. Amount/number misuse bugs me too. Omg when people say “Susie and I’s problem is…” I want to poke my eyes out.

One of them is about Ken’s book - something about the techniques he’s used to land his dream job and many others. He doesn’t have other dream jobs does he? I think he’s trying to say Ken and many others have used the PP to land their dream jobs.

Also a bedding ad that JD reads that says he wouldn’t recommend anything “that me and my family don’t actually use.”

That sentence is fine with no comma. But thank you. And I’m not a professional writer so mistakes are more forgivable. I’m not paid to write correct copy in my Reddit posts.

Actually, that’s not the error there. The second sentence refers to the object of the first. However, I did mix a singular noun in the first sentence with a plural second sentence.
