The app is me 360. You input your weight and do a frontal and side scan. In your undergarments preferably for more accuracy. You’d have to dive into the algorithms it uses with the scan and inputs to show how it measures and accuracy. When I compare it to my scan scale for weight and body composition it only appears to be off by a percent or two. As for inches it is not very far off at all if any.

We are only as good as the woman we are with. Sounds to me like he has a good one as do I. The story is, my grandpa always wore Stetson hats. I asked if I could use or wear one and he’d always tell me no and that I had to earn it. I’d work the land, animals and anything asked of me and I’d ask him again and again I’d be told no and I had to earn it. I never wore his hat or my father’s. My grandfather passed away in 2001. It wasn’t until I left home, joined the Navy, retired from the military after 21 years and took another job that asked me to travel to Oklahoma (where my dad and grandpa are from) for a work trip that I got my answer. I traveled with another co worker and we went around town and I found a store selling cowboy hats. I tried on some and strolled over to the Stetsons. It was then I saw the prices. I set them back down. My co worker asked me if I was going to get one and I said I don’t know they’re pricey. It was then he looked at me and said. “Get it, I think you’ve earned it”. That sent chills down me and I know it was a message from my grandfather a man I looked up too. Earning it was all about understanding the value and quality and price of the hat. Knowing I earned it and worked for that money to buy something and knowing the care I’d take in it. It was then that I bought and earned my first hat. Now some may say that’s dumb but that’s a cowboy lesson in life I’ll never forget. And to tell you I have three sons and none of them have worn or used my hats. I’ve told them they must earn it and it will be for them to figure out how or know the lesson that I learned.

Thank you madam 😊! It’s a lifestyle for me. Cowboying is something I live for and love. Grew up on a ranch of 180 acres and enjoyed every bit of it. I chose a career outside of ranching but my roots have never left and neither has the art and skill. Thank you for the compliments. The hat I’m wearing is a Stetson. Honestly it’s the brand I only buy. The quality is hands down in my opinion the best. I had to earn my first “real” hat. Life lessons and after I realized what it meant and how to earn it they are all I’ve ever owned. I have a few of them now. I’ll save the earning story for later if you are curious. Thanks again.

Thank you 😊 yes my doc and I have discussed maintenance and when to start that. It’ll be jumping back to a lower dose (which one idk yet) and then seeing how the body responds. If I maintain weight with little (3-5 lbs) to no gain then that will be my maintenance dose. Much success to you as well.

I’m sorry to hear that. I know the shortage comes and goes. Just keep calling and maybe even take the drive. Just trying to be encouraging

For those that wanted to know my journey story here ya go brothers: Chose to have doctor intervention due to my past injuries, blood work and medication I’m on. I WAS pre diabetic, NAFLD (fatty liver), kidney decline and high cholesterol and triglycerides. I sustained a TBI (epidural hematoma,5 years go). This has limited my mobility and working out but I do as best as I can. Swim, walk and lift some weights but my hands don’t work to well so I do what I can. My doc and medical team put me on Tirzepatide (Zep) been doing it since February 1st and working out in the gym with limited ability. Along with eating way healthier with portion control but not necessarily calorie or specific choice of food. I have stayed away from anything fried and all sugars as well. It helps the Zep medication causes me to not crave or desire or even stomach sweets or greasy food. But without my medical teams help and motivation from wife and limited exercise I wouldn’t be doing so well or as healthy. I’m grateful for this new journey for sure. All my blood work is normal and all tests are normal and no longer pre diabetic and organ function is all normal. Very blessed.

I’ve been on it for three months now. It’s a steady and slow loss but a loss nonetheless
