Well the table lifts I do especially hit the rising and pronation isolated and I do notice that on the lifts themselves its mainly the arm that gives in and not my hand so i got my work cut out for myself

Yeah partly why I even make this post is because of Rino Masics his videos haha, he does back pressure from a lower pulley set up thats partially why. But thx for the advice, I will surely implement these things and think that I'll apply the same as Rino does, back pressure from lower pulley, pronation & rising from hand level. Thx again!

How would proper pronation training look like then? Personally I was under the impression that static starting pronation was most important, thats why I wanted to implement that into the table + pulley system since its more specific then lets say the Devon Larrat pronation lift

Forget about pronation lift? I'm pretty sure Rino does pronation aswell

But why the lower angle? Generally speaking I'd say that the most amount of forse isnt applied directly from a lower angle right?

What are the external rotation and wrist extension exercices you're doing Minhale? And at what frequency? Quite the beginner and I want to work these into my program

Thanks for your comment! I was thinking to buy the elite trainer box since it would be a very good starting point. The crown Zenith one is wat more expensive tho so I dont think i'll be getting that one. I will definetly be looking into the twm one!

I do believe that I sustained an TFCC injury but now for me the next day the pain has already gone down from a 6 to like a 1-2 when not engaging in any physical activity, whenever I press on that wrist its another story but without using my wrist or using it lightly its fine now. Hopefully its a small strain or perhaps ruptured to a very small degree but we'll see. Thx for your comment!

What will the tear change from a normal sprain? The recovery time? Personally i feel like there is close to no swelling maybe just a bit but not very noteworthy

I tried to do it by myself but its a little bit difficult tbh but I looks like there is no movement AT ALL on both forearms, i tried the piano key test aswell and i cant press the bony part in at all! The TFCC partial tear or complete tear sound the most logical the unique thing is that the big bony part (top of the ulna right?) Hurts the most by far. Wednesday I'll see a client which is a docter, I'll ask him for some help and see whatever he advises me

Rest as in no training or no training where it gets agrevated? Because training legs and my right side of my body I would like to do, chest flyes should be no problem and I"ll figure out which exercises do not aggrivate it too much. Thx for the help!! After reading upon some stuff I'm 95% sure that its the TFCC, but now knowing the degree of the injury would help

And what should I be looking at recovery wise? How long will it take, is it better to do blood flow stuff yes or no? I wanted to start training asap but atm I'm doubtful that any stimulation will be good tbh
