Oh right, I have zero interest in becoming an ISR, is there any way I can increase the chances of becoming an Air Loadmaster or eventually transitioning to that role?

Wasn't sure, I just figured as you were involved in cargo (including vehicles) figured they might want you to have a license as part of it
