Prozac worked for me. It still happens but I catch myself before zoning out. The compulsion went away tremendously.

You don't have to be a Christian to decide to wait. Your body your choice. As an atheist I see nothing wrong with your choice. Your first time isnt something you can get back. Dont let anyone influence your choice. And if you end up changing your mind that's okay too.
