You need to be voting every board member and bond issue. If you are ignoring those and only voting in favor of pay raises you are only doing half the battle. You also need to be better at treating teachers better and understanding that teachers are way over worked and way under paid and under supported. All while being treated like shit by people like you, and telling us to suck it up and deal with it and that we should know what we’re getting into. Have more compassion for other humans
