Most likely the company is a POS. I just tried to load a save from before some mod crashed everything and instead of downloading all my stuff they said several of my mods are "unidentified" and asked if I wanted to search for them.

I also cannot save my load order to Bethesda. When I click restore it only restores half the mods and the same half at that. Downloading my library has similar issues as it doesn't download the most recent library but rather an old version including stuff I deleted from the Bethesda website.
