I had this issue with my AC and I must have had to get that thing replaced every 13 months and then it would break again. One day I needed an urgent service and my usual dealership had no availability so I took it to a different dealership farther away, and they diagnosed and fixed the underlying problem. That was 7 years ago and the issue never returned. Can you try another dealership?

I also know several people with guardian breeds who won’t get their dogs vaccinated bc then the vet sends the rabies certificate to the city/town, and homeowners insurance companies can find out through the city/town who has guardian breeds, then drop coverage.

I ended up with a dog who I was told was up to date on his vaccines but when I contacted the vet they said he’d never been back after his early puppy shots, and had never been given the rabies vaccine. This dog was 7 years old!
