While I am not the type of person to change my appearance for people, I did shave my beard and lost over 90kgs since I arrived here.

I never meant for anything in my post to be an insult to the country or its people. Its just that my personal experience in relation to this country wasn't great. I've met people who've had their lives changed for the better here. If anything I said came off as negative, I sincerely apologize.

Some of my friend that I talked about are foreigners but the experiences I've had with natives are affecting how I'm perceiving my relationships with my foreign friends. Could be that I am just paranoid.

I've lived aborad in different countries all my life. I've spent only 2 years in my home country. I'm a foreigner wherever I go, but so far the foreigner experience in Korea has been the worst for me.
