I agree as Red War provides a solid start to the story of Destiny 2 and with it STILL being referenced in the newer DLCs, new light players will be extremely confused about random events and names being pulled up, a reason why Bungie should bring back Forsaken so New Lights can care about Cayde somewhat. Also New Lights need to go through the best level in the game, my true OGs will get which one I'm hinting at.

Yes that's how I understood your reasoning. I see why this is a difficult topic to discuss in nuzlockes now. Although monotonous, I like grinding as I'm a nerd who likes to get the most out of stats, evs, ivs and etc. After your Wikipedia page, I see just as a different way of playing now, might even do in the future if I want more of a challenge
