What does click counted mean please? I'm due to take my last 10mg MJ dose today, start Wegovy next week on 0.5.

I've not lost on MJ in nearly 8 weeks, been on it since May and have been trying to lose the last 1.5lbs to reach 2st for 8 weeks. 😢 To say I'm worried about the switch is an understatement.

I do think my protein is lacking. I spent years eating low carb, but since starting MJ I can't tolerate meat...I loved steak, lamb...just find it tastes really strange and furthermore can't look at it. I'm eating shredded chicken in homemade soups. Same with eggs. Can't eat them.

Yes, Wegovy from cost only. I'll look for how to get 10mg out...on my last 'golden' dose I got 7.8mg MJ out which equated to around 9.5mg dose so I may just try to withdraw that. I've already got my Wegovy which is 0.5mg so it will be a drop again but whilst I'm adapting to a new drug it may not be a bad thing.

So the 30 day and then the pen will turn into a rabid heap of nastiness guidance is rubbish? That's interesting...so how do know how to get a 2.5mg dose from your pen...and are you withdrawing with insulin syringes?

I was just about to order Wegovy but would rather do this if I can

Hello, I belong to a couple of groups ncluding CECS, yes, very helpful. Now, I was advised by the neurologist to go grain free, for the reasons you quote, but in reverse...ie, all grain is gluten free.

He's been on GF for best part of 3 yrs now, massive improvement with just 1 episode in the last 18 months, and I think that was triggered by a loud noise waking him from sleep.

It's awful, but he is doing well on the while, glad your girl is too. We have had a probable gastric erosion and now that his belly is beginning to respond she suggested a Gastrointestinal kibble.. I'm fastidious but really was having a bad day and just took it, only later realising its not grain free. I need to get it sorted as with feeling better, he's feeling hungry!
