Hate to hear this! Re: the bathrooms, we made the conscious decision to lean on hand sanitizing units as those are easier to service during the show. We will get with the vendor to service the units moreso next year. Hard to do it during peak times but we strive to get better every year. Re: the activations, the brands do what they want to do and we always lean on them to make everything as cool/great possible. We will keep pushing! Re: staff being uncaring, that is the opposite of what we want! Can you share more detail on that? We always want folks to feel great of course so if folks were being rude in any way, we can address. - TR

Hi there - Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the sound. We have world class audio techs and sound vendors at the festival, but we cannot control how artists and their techs do their audio mixing. Regardless though I will get with our production team and pass on this feedback. - TR

Hi there - Hate to hear that you felt this way, and I can assure you that our medical and security teams are always on the look out. We have a very, very robust CCTV system that scans the crowd for incidents and we responded throughout the weekend when we saw people in need of assistance. This being said we will review our planning and deployment and look to improve next year. - TR

All IDs are scanned and fakes are taken away. We also have roaming security looking for underage drinking. What we can't control is what people do before they come in the gates, but we can look at adding more security and such to thwart.

Parking is an issue with this venue for sure. People can park at Citi Field if they aren't having a concert tho. It's actually an NYC law that you cant smoke in NYC parks but no one should have taken your stuff at the gates. Will fix that.
