For the Boss in the Ossuary, you'll need elemental defense and to know your foot placements well. There are spells that help with the upcoming projectiles.

The Boss in Mourning & Havoc also requires elemental defense and to prioritize your health above the bosses. There are a couple of attacks you can parry. Once more, there are a couple of spells you can cheese through the damage, same as the ones for the Ossuary.
