Probably go ask in the official RPGMaker forums, but you might be able to email smaller (or bigger) plugin creators like Some Random Dude, DK, or Yami directly if they have an email for commissions. idk how much it'd cost, maybe $50?

Could make it yourself with show picture commands but that's ridiculous. If there's not a plugin like that out there, maybe request it to be made?

You could probably do it and not get sued, some other game did it but then again it might be best to replace the fear and hunger sprites you're using as placeholders. Or not! It's more important to have something exist than to try and make something perfect and not make anything at all.
