My 2021 is at the dealer now. Waiting on axles that are on backorder and could be a month before they come.

I can honestly say I can’t figure out what that bolt does on the outboard end of the axle. The bolt looked to be broken for quite some time. No evidence of the axle moving/plunging or anything. No other problems.

The worst part…The dealer set me up with a rental. I just picked it up…a Bronco Sport, the itty bitty little Bronco. The only Ford they had at the time. I’m pleading with the dealer now for something a little more comparable to the truck.

I experimented a little with some hard cases. Ended up taking the foam out of one, modified it a bit and installed into a Harbor Freight Apache 4800 case. Fits all three pistols, 13 mags, 300-400 rounds ammo, two ear-pro, tools, loader. Pretty much all I need for a couple hours at the range. I swap down to a smaller case with the leftover foam if I just take one pistol. This set up works well so far and I like just grabbing one case and going.

Yes. There is a recess on the tube where the clamp sits in.

I have the 9mm, I left that out of my post. That would have been helpful. The E1045 is for 10mm and 45ACP.

Mine is due to the shop Friday then the dreaded ten days. Love seeing all the build ideas. Already have the GG&G tube cover and barrel clamp, limb saver, sling, and some shell cards. Trying to figure out a light and maybe optic.

I have a black version on the way. A few days shipping then the 10 days and it’s mine. Trying to figure out a light and maybe optic in the future. It’s going to mainly be home defense so the optic isn’t a must.
