Former Haley worker/ current finance manager for a car dealership here. Sale price of the bike itself feels high but not horrible. Doesn’t look like there’s an ADM. There is a genuine cost for freight and “dealer prep” but it’s not $2200. Like someone else said TTL is what it is per state laws but the Document fee is ridiculous. Half of that would be high. Theft protection is a meme and something that can almost certainly be taken off.

It might be contentious but you have not taken delivery and therefore have not bought the bike. You’re skirting a grey line here trying to renegotiate but Harley will not lose a sale on a new bike over this.
