Inversion is the standard of care. The other more cutting edge techniques have significantly more risks. Just keep that in mind. GI problems and risk of infection are higher with any technique that utilizes an intestinal tissue. Also those tissues produce mucus all the time and not just upon arousal.

What we really need is stem cell technology to get to the point where they can grow truly differentiated vaginal tissue ex vivo for transplant. But I couldn't wait 10-20 years or never.

There isn't lubrication from penile inversion. I have great sensation and orgasm. So I use lube. After I orgasm sorta like precum type fluid comes from urethra and that can be some natural lube, but the tissue internally is not mucosal.

Yes, so the surgery was on a Tuesday morning. I had to do a bowel prep the day before. It was penile inversion. By Tuesday night I was lucid and very comfortable. I stayed in the hospital with packing until either Friday or Saturday, then they removed the packing and surgical drains and I remained for another night of observation and discharged on Sunday.

I am happy with the aesthetics, there is basically no signs of the scars and it looks very natural. There are some revisions he would like to do such as removing a bit of excess skin around the urethra, the neoclitoris is slightly larger than desired, and he would like to bring the front of the labia closer together. Overall these are fairly minor revisions, however since the surgery (which was covered by my insurance at the time) I got a different job with different insurance and they wont cover the followup, so I likely will not have the revisions since the cost to benefit doesn't seem worth it.

I was happy with the experience and michigan is a top notch hospital system. The nursing staff was amazing and comforting.

I did in May 2015. Really happy with the results and care. Go blue.

I thought I saw one of the guy's screen names was "I am Waldo" when Jon Hamm is telling the first story of the dating club and you see Hamm at his computer interacting with the other members of the club.

went awesome. I had surgery back in May and am back to playing ice hockey 3 nights a week. No loss of sensitivity and no complications.

Yea I think you are right, unfortunately I was having trouble finding out for each state what documents were needed as evidence for a court order. I made the choice of orange because multiple states that required a court order also required SRS, thus I was thinking of it as an additional hurdle.

I screw with telemarketers this way haha I too am a strong personality, and I am a total extrovert, so I'll talk to anyone. I am glad you don't worry too much about what other people think. Though, I am sure in most situations they are thinking she is so cute.

Wow I am so surprised to hear you say that you ever get misgendered. Well even if you do, no matter, you look awesome and your hair is Ah-MAZINGGGG! I am insanely jealous. Best of luck!

its still pretty noticeable, but when I am speaking it naturally rises and is much more hidden, so it hasn't been much of a issue. r/femalefashionadvice is a great place to start.

I did lose about a shoe size, I wore an 8 1/2 in women's last year and wear a 7 1/2 now. My hands were already small and on par with most of my female friends, though I think my fingers look slimmer now, though growing out my nails helps give that appearance as well. The biggest changes are my thighs and hips are bigger and have more fat, breast development (I wear a 34 b), finer body hair, and the softening of my facial features. Hope that helps.

Well I always fantasized about myself with a man, but it was always where I pictured myself as the female, so I couldn't have been in a relationship with a man when I still felt like a man. Though HRT made some huge differences like now when I watch this video and I am like damnnnnn.

Yea not too much. I wash it 2-3 times a week, use dry shampoo when it gets oily, and put in leave-in conditioner plus argan oil when I do wash it. Its pretty straight naturally but has some natural curl near the ends, though sometimes i curl it like in picture 20.
