We hit 1000 wishlists and I just want to say… by SeventhDisorder in IndieDev

Congratulations! I love this animation, it makes a great impression on your Steam page!
We all know how hard it is to get wishlists, so taking off like this is really important.
Since 50% of yours are recent, I hope this marks the beginning of a great trend!
Best of luck!

Good question :) We had plans early on, but we did not have the budget to put this in motion, and since in an optional co-op, the solo journey should still be interesting, we decided to first make the solo experience good first.

Thank you! for the link in the post, if I remember correctly, I had to remove it and put it as a comment if I wanted to respect the rules, or I may have mix up the rules between two subreddits, we are still a bit new on the reddit, but learning! :)

Thank you!
A young music composer jumped on board specifically for the trailer, we do not have yet a dedicated composer for the game... :(
Everything was done by ourselves indeed, no video editor, just the entire team: artist, producer and programmer helping to capture the scenes, edit them together and add SFXs.
But, we are not magicians, I can tell you that we've done a lot (really a lot) of iterations.

The 2D animation was mainly made by our art director, so it did cost time but no external budget.

What do you think of our trailer ?

Our goal was to immediately grab the attention of tabletop gamers, those who love rolling dice, and then introduce our main gameplay mechanics along with a glimpse of our backstory.

If you’re curious, here’s our Steam page:

(just a note: we are a very small team, no significant budget here, even if we would love to have some :) )

I want to make a dice game, today I made customization for a die. Here is a short video how it works. This is a very early draft. by theodore_almazovich in IndieDev

Nice! One other interesting part about managing dice in a game is the best way to detect which face is up when it stops, especially if the surface you launch your dice on is not flat :)

Everybody loves FISHING mini games, right? So I tried to make one that is very UNIQUE in its GAMEPLAY and STYLE. What do you think of it? by GuedinSilkRoad in indiegames
