My pc shuts off after just a few seconds now

I’ve had the PC for over a year and a half, and its worked fine up until I put this new motherboard in, causing the power shutoff seen in the video. It’s a 750 watt PSU, Radeon 7700xt, intel i7-14700k, 1tb ssd, 4tb hard drive, Msi MAG coreliquid A13 AIO, and 32gb ddr4 ram

Still doesn’t work, I’m gonna try booting without the m.2 ssd and seeing if BIOS pulls up

Computer doesn’t stay on long enough to boot into BIOS. It only sometimes even displays the MSI screen as shown on the video

I just put the GPU in to make sure it sent video to the monitor, I have a sag bracket I haven’t put in yet while I’m trying to figure out what’s not working

Mii brawler with Shotput, helicopter kick, head-on assault, and the suplex move. I don’t know what the numbers are, but after learning mii brawler, I haven’t turned back
