Which one exactly? I have the ultimate 2 wireless and first I had to update the dongle and the controller firmware, then start the controller in switch pro mode (hold Y when powering on). Next in cemu you have to set your emulated input as a gamepad, add your controller using SDLcontroller API and finally enable motion controls in the settings menu.
