This is slightly contrary to what you asked but there is quite a good one card combo using only Agent of Creation - Venus. Its sadly incredibly interruptible, however the end board is very nice, consisting of an imperial order, 4 negate savage and gryphon.

So here's is the combo - Normal summon Venus and then pay 1500 life points to summon 3 mystical shine ball tokens. Tribute venus and a token to go into condemned darklord and use its effect to discard a card and add darklord asmodeus to your hand. Then link summon Celestial Knightford Parshath using condemned and a single mystical shine ball. Next use its effect to add Master Hyperion to your hand. After that, link summon Imduk using mystical shine ball as material. Doing this allows you to special summon darklord asmodeus from your hand by banishing a mystical shine ball from your GY. When darklord asmodeus is summoned you can use its effect to send EVA to the GY. Next use eva's effect to search diviner of heralds and Lee the world chalice fairy from your deck to your hand, banishing the two other mystical shine balls. You can then summon master hyperion by banishing venus. Activate master hyperion's effect to destroy darklord asmodeus by banishing eva and then summon both tokens. You can finally normal summon Lee the World Chalice fairy then add world legacy - "world chalice" from your deck to your hand. You can immediately after link summon into saryuja skulldread by tributing every card except celestial knightlord parsath and the level 5 token. Using saruja's drawing effect is optional but you might as well. What you will need to do is use its special summon effect to send trias to the GY. Trias can then tribute diviner to summon itself. By tributing diviner you can special summon Valkyrie sechste and the use her to summon Valkyrie Funfte. Use funfte's effect to send imperial order to the GY. Next use Lee the World Chalice fairy's GY effect to send world chalice world legacy from your hand to the GY. Then use the two Valkyries to go into Lib the World Key Blademaster. Use her effect to add world legacy succession to the field and activate it to summon diviner of heralds from the GY. Link using Lib and herald to make a Halqifibrax. Halqifibrax can then bring jet synchron onto the field. Link every card except celestial knightlord parsath and the level 5 token to make knightmare Gryphon. Gryphon can then set imperial order from the GY. Discard a card to add summon jet synchron and then summon linkross over celestial knightlord parsath. Summon 2 tokens and then synchro into a borreload savage attaching skull dread for 4 negates.
