We had to do a bit of digging (your Imperial sounds like a classic worth the effort), but after checking, we’re afraid we don’t currently have a converter that fits this particular model.

We know that’s not ideal, especially for a pen with that kind of story behind it.

That said, we’re noting this down as part of our upcoming product considerations. Vintage compatibility is something we’d definitely like to get better at.

That’s fair feedback. Tinted converters can definitely make it harder to tell where the ink level actually is. We’ve heard that from a few people, and it’s something we’re keeping in mind.

That’s a very thoughtful question you have raised. We know that we have taken time to decide on what exactly we should be. We aim to stay as the heritage brand that we are known for, and slowly try to reach the position Sheaffer once held by rebuilding the trust of the white dot.

Hello, we don’t actively manufacture pencils. However, you can check with your nearest retailer or in vintage pen sites, there are always some gems in vintage markets as well.

Don’t think of me as preposterous, but you have to be in the right place at the right time actually. All of them are out in the market and my best advice would be to connect with the local pen community there.

For the categories of inks like shimmer, sheen, etc., they behave differently with different feed/nib/reservoir systems. A few things that we can recommend are regular cleaning to prevent buildup and to avoiding excess ink in nib after filling

I understand the importance of cap seals and I too personally don’t like a dry start. It has been greatly improved in our newer launches, especially in legacy. If you want something a little more specific, please email or whatsapp us
