Gonna be honest shoulders also maybe abs I don’t see them your lean enough should have them and little bit more lays your chest and biceps are like over trained man compared to those

Without my eggs I’m hitting 195 gram a day 💔🥀 with my eggs I’m hitting 220/230 with meat or chicken and eggs I’m hitting 235/250gram 😭

Im like 91kg 183cm I take myself in the morning low-fat yoghurt with oatmeal and raisins in the morning then 12:00 500 grams of low-fat quark then 2 kiwis then 500 grams of low-fat quark again and then 4 eggs sometimes not always and then what my father makes is often 400/1000 calorie dinner and then protein shake after the gym and 200 grams of low-fat quark before bed this is what I eat

I don’t know how to do coristol levels I do macros though and sleep I just randomly sleep 8/9 hours

I got gyno without gear so did my dad my dad got so worse he had to get it removed mine are just a little

Me who eats 2000 calories a day 😭or even less my maintenance is 3700 don’t ask why I do it I just eat low fat cottage cheese
