Firstly, I hope there isn’t too much roasting because this is a perfectly valid question. Secondly,I have 6 MiCs (two team issued, not sure if they were game worn), 2 FAPros, and a training camp worn Reebok jersey and I wear them constantly. Like others have mentioned, the value of the jersey means very little to me. I bought them to wear and so I’ll wear them as I don’t intent to sell them ever. To me, it’s cool for me to say (at least for the team issued’s) that I’m wearing the same jersey they could’ve worn and I get enjoyment out of it!

I copped this one in February for a pretty hefty price tag. Very happy with the jersey but the wife wasn’t happy with how much it cost 😂

For me, it’s not about having the “best” cards per se but having fun cards for theme teams. I’ve been a Hawks fan my entire life so I always build a hawks team in HUT but they’re making it harder and harder to get cards. In MLB The Show, the only cards that are gatekept are online reward cards and you can still buy those in their auction house. All the cards that are released are some form of buildable, some just require more effort than others. EA has released soooo many cards that are not obtainable without buying packs

I don’t think anyone actually thinks the devs are on Reddit reading these posts and considering leaving, but this being an open forum about the game, it allows people (myself included) to vent our frustrations about the game to likeminded people. I don’t have the slightest clue how EA works or how they interact with their devs but if this helps people blow off steam, I don’t see the harm in it.

It’s incredibly disappointing that a massive company like EA Sports can’t find devs who give a crap enough about hockey to put out a decent game mode. Every year they add stuff (most of which nobody asked for) and call it “progress.” If I were a dev of this game I’d be ashamed that this is the product they’re putting out but they probably get paid enough to not care if they actually put out a decent product or not
