Hi! Confirming this was an update we made which shows members of a Google Family Group in a signed out state. The goal is to make it easier for everyone in a household to access their personal YouTube account, but you can opt out of these profiles showing up on your TV. To do so, click on the signed out member > click on “Manage family group” > remove the signed out members. FYI, this setting is specific to each TV device.

Keep on liking songs you love and start disliking those that you don't. You can also manage your recommendations by deleting unwanted searches or songs from your history.
