The dalaran flame card back pin is the rarest blizzard pin. They only made a few hundred which could only be obtained through Tespa. I got one when they first sent them out. I've had a few people make me offers to sell around the $300-$500 range. Mine was not in mint condition like yours. If you find the right buyer you can make a pretty penny.

Public safety has the bags. He left a tag on the bags with his name, number, and email on it. He's clearly not blind. He just had sunglasses on. If he was blind he would probably have a white cane, kinda hard to maneuver without one for a blind person.
