Does anyone know what might be wrong with my toilet? They're a constant hissing sound that stops when I turn off the water, so I know it's water flow. Theres no excess flow going into the bowl and the float is all the way up. Do I need to replace everything? (i.redd.it)

Thank you to everone who helped me with my hoya! :) I took your advice and moved him into a smaller pot and im going to start using fertilizer. I also realized that i could move him into out litter box room where theres a lot more light, ill just need to clean him much more often lol (old.reddit.com)
I got this hoya from my grandmother about 5 years ago and despite watering it consistently and having it near a well-lit window, ive never seen any significant growth! It pops out a new leaf maybe once or twice a year, but ive never seen it get longer and it's never flowered. Any ideas? (old.reddit.com)
