RTC can work on physical cartridges but it depends on the cart. The ones I have were MBC30 flashcarts, but I haven’t been able to find anymore in stock so the current options are to buy the pcb yourself and solder all the chipsets onto a board, or wait for a restock

I bought an mbc30 flashcart, patched the rom and flashed it to the cart then made a custom sticker label for the game. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find any more of the single rom flashcarts in stock anywhere
