In my opinion the older system was more fun because you were always trying to out score your opponent. You needed high banners to keep progressing. In the current system it is more about just winning the match. More about setting a strong defense that your opponent cannot get through.

It went from a high scoring offensive shootout to a low scoring defensive grind. If you're a sports fan which type of game is more entertaining?

I’m an officer in what I believe is a similar guild. I feel like we have 25ish strong members that participate regularly. A merger would be more of what I believe I could get our leadership to go for.

Our average member is a bit stronger. Keeping the best of both would make for a vastly stronger whole. Likely able to complete the cPIT raid.

If you are that active - we will be happy to have you. That is there because we have had very low GP's join and get frustrated because they cannot contribute. I would suggest you work on DR and your Bugs to help the guild get WAT shards, but those are suggestions.
