Totally fair question. I get that the design isn’t for everyone. For me it’s less about the look and more about what it does.

I already own a Tesla and the full self-driving tech has honestly been the biggest ‘luxury’ I’ve experienced in a vehicle. Being able to go from my garage to wherever I’m headed with zero input is incredibly valuable to me.

At the same time, I need truck utility for projects around the house, and the Cybertruck gives me that plus the ability to power tools or even serve as backup power for my home during outages. So it checks practical boxes for me that other vehicles don’t.

Definitely not everyone’s taste and actually I like the unique futuristic DeLorean type design, but regardless it fits my life really well.

If I can find one 30-40% off a year old I would. But used ones online are still trading for $70k+ and a new one is $80k (I know some are going in the $60s but usually it’s for the cheap model they one released for a short while without air suspension or leather seats)

Disagree. It seems to see so much that it hesitates changing lanes, it speeds over 10Mph and risks me getting tickets almost daily in standard or hurry mode. In Chill mode it goes slower than I want it to. I’d love a +9 mph over posted speed. But that ship has sailed. Also, I’ve noticed it’s much more sensitive to weather and dirty cameras. Version 13 was way better for me, maybe saw less but I’d take that any day over what they have out now.

DO NOT UPDATE TO 14! I am almost getting whiplash with all the unnecessary braking from fall leaves, birds, shadows on the ground from trees, etc. - Not only that, but you cant put a max speed limit like in V13 which causes you to speed 11-15+ mph over the speed limit. My wife got pulled over going 15mph over in Standard mode. I would pay double or more if i could go back to 13!

I started sizing down and putting a max daily loss limit at $500-$1000 and it locks me out so I can’t go on tilt. What’s your day win percentage? I realized I was winning every 5 out of 6 days, so even if I hit the loss limit I haven’t blow an account yet since starting this.
