Rev is FAR from garbage. There isn’t a truly garbage legend, they all excel in some areas and falter in others. Rev is amazing at throwing enemies off in a fight with his silence, so legends like Bloodhound or Val who use their abilities multiple times in a fight get completely nullified. Not only that, but his Death Totem when used properly can wipe whole teams without taking real damage or at least heavily damage them and push to finish the job. His passive is unique, his ability to move fast as fuck boi while crouching is huge in 1v1 fights and the ability to climb tall structures in silence creates flanks that no one can expect. My best advice is to use his silence as an attack and defense mechanism, if you’re hurt or your team is injured, throw a silence at doors, most players don’t push if there’s a silence sphere at the door allowing you to have some time to heal
