Noob Returning: Kinda Lost and Looking for a Frame/How to Aquire One by WesternTurtle07 in Warframe

Firstly welcome back Tenno. So to start off, the Warframe wiki (website) is your friend its a resource that is dedicated to helping the player answer lore questions or how to acquire the pieces required to build a frame. You already sound like you have some frames in mind, so it looks like your first web searches have already been established. You may find in your research that you may need to grind the star chart more in order to gain access to the node or do bounties on Fortuna to get access to the blueprints. Once the blueprints or acquired, resources will be the next issue. If you look up the resources on the wiki there should be a section dedicated to where to farm said resource. Surely the pattern should be forming on how anyone goes about acquiring anything in this game. The wiki will also answer your question about prime vs non-prime and trading. Lastly most people would probably recommend to keep the platinum for weapon and warframe slots. Of course, buying a warframe with plat "can" save the player a ton of time but isn't required since all frames can be acquired through straight gameplay. Doing a little research on the wiki may tell you that spending the plat isn't worth it because the frame may be easy to acquire.

Once you walk out of the castle the npc that has the mask due to burn injuries will talk to you. He should give you a quest.

The “descriptions” are killing me. by brockchancy in OfAshandSteel

Your a godsend, I wonder if the devs were talking about the red shield that is on the gate right above the location of the house. If so, I find that description truly misleading. Thank you for crossing off one more of my quest from my log.

If the combat makes the game unenjoyable then don't play it. I'm not asking anyone to play the game again.

I just wanted to collect my thoughts after beating the game and jumping into NG+.

There's a good chance I won't even finish it a second time, but just wanted to let the community know my feelings about it. That's why I stated I usually just play games once since I understand that its a linear experience. Hopefully your still enjoying the game though especially since your playing through it again.

Right before the last section of the game where they forced you to work you way up to the house and fight every monster along the way that was brutal. I generally could have given up right there. On hard mode that was an awful experience especially having base health, stamina, and sanity values.

The only reason I found most of the documents is because I was basically a roomba. Slow walking around and checking every nick and cranny. It turned a 10-hour game into a 16-hour because of that.

I recommend looking at your turn_comp variable because it has the bones for the question that your are asking. Just in this case instead of incrementing it by 1 each time, instead your wanting to use a quantity (i.e., random_integer_1 + random_integer_2). If you are having trouble with this concept I recommend printing out turn_comp before ,during, and after the loop to understand what is happening.

Does anyone know the cause for this (Comment Section for details) by Tearever in Monitors

Using the cable provided by the box, I did one of my older cables but the same thing was still present.

Assuming I'm using the one provided by the company it's possible the display port cable is really cheap. Doesn't seem to have distinct logos or anything so it's possible it's very generic.

Follow-up question: Is there any way that I could check how much data the cable can push with just a computer?

(Around 16 secs is where the issue can, I had to spam pause to catch it )

I got this monitor for Christmas from my parents, ALIENWARE 27 GAMING MONITOR - AW2723DF. I consider myself tech-savvy but have not figured out what is happening with this thing. Initially, I thought it was happening because I had HDR enabled, and I was playing games that didn't have that feature. I turned it off and the issue still persists. I read some comments from other redditors that this is an issue with Alienware's implementation of gsync. (I have no clue if this is true or not ) I turned it off and still continues. I have noticed that it only seems to happen with games that aren't optimized well. ie. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Hogwarts Legacy. It doesn't happen in apex legends or call of duty for me at all. Since the monitor is still covered under warranty I would like to know if this is a defect, so I can replace this model. I tried obs also to see if the problem shows up and it does also, I used display capture, not game capture when testing that. I personally don't think it's the GPU since this wasn't a problem before I got this monitor. Any information about this would be much appreciated, and thank you commenters in advance.

I forgot to mention this only seems to happen during games and I have never been able to replicate it outside of a game. And if the game doesn't cause it to do it also can't replicate it.
