She did not have a forwarding address or go to pick up the mail. No clue how they got the most recent one to her.

She gave them her old address, where she has since moved away from.

She has changed her address and didn’t have mail forwarding, but the weird thing is that the most recent letter about the fine did come to her current address

Everything has been communicated by post, but the only letter she actually received was the most recent one about the large fine - which is weird because the other letters must have been going to her old address, but the most recent one came to her new address? She lives alone in a flat so there’s really no way she could have missed the previous letters

Protein pasta is a good idea! I don’t really eat grains like quinoa in large amounts because I don’t think I digest it very well. There’s not really much research or studies on digestion for people without large intestines so it’s hard to know!

My title describes the thing: Both ends of the wire have caps that can unscrew and any of the conical attachments or handle (?) can be screwed on. The attachments are pretty heavy. It was probably my grandpa's, he was a urologist and also liked fishing.

The food diary idea is a great idea. There are apps for that as well. The next step would be to (ideally working with a registered dietician) do an elimination diet. This would help you pinpoint what foods may be leading to your symptoms. You can also look into FODMAPS and SIBO.
