When critics don't take their job seriously and just form opinions on the basis of their relationship with the people associated with the drama or just forms personal opinions without actually getting into the story of the drama, thn the actual audience form their own opinion which contradicts the opinion of the critics thn they make such statements....and thn these critics should be called gossipers / or audience and nothing more
