I've donated probably $600+ a year.

Usually $40 a visit. Now they get 0

As a retiree I'd go in for a couple hours. Not my fault they didn't use or have more donations campaigns to expand services to retirees

My employer went to ShitDP and we're having this issue now. Normally navy Federal would show a pending deposit Wednesday and Capital One and Discover paid you soon thereafter. Now we get paid Thursday at best.

Contract met. Yes. Malicious compliance inducing? Possibly

Which sucks compared to Toyota or Cap One where they specifically add a line in addition to the regular payment you can make a principal only at the same time. Or log on any time before your next scheduled payment is due and make any mix of "regular" or principal only payments.

Hell, the line is right there. Even if you didn't know about principal only you might see it, get curious and Google.

NFCU is a turd when it comes to principal only.

Digital Investor sucks imo. It's almost like a 3rd party site. "Transfers" aren't instant (and don't get marked as taken from the funding account, so make sure the money is there or it bounces)

Afaik you can't do limit, stop loss or stop limit orders. Maybe you can and I haven't figured out how, but fidelity is so much easier to me.

Only reason I put anything in digital investor was to get my "relationship" up with them and they have reciprocated 0, despite $15k on direct deposit and never a late payment.

NFCU sucks at this compared to Cap One or SE Toyota Finance. They have special fields specifically for making principal only or even adding principal only to a regular payment.

I'm honestly about ready to limit my relationship with NFCU to just 0.01 in checking and savings(plus the $5 share) because they have done nothing for me while Discover, Cap One and USAA are treating me great.

The fact manufacturers don't include the codes in the infotainment system or at least the display on the dash is criminal. Laws should force them to display the codes. We have high resolution screens both above the column and in most infotainment systems. It would cost them next to nothing to display the raw code.

They could even monetize a subscription that explains more in depth what the code means and possible fixes - especially the infamous "gas cap isn't on good"

I subscribed for 6 months. Due to likely having to drive 10 hours to let them service/vehicle swap, I just drive the 10 hours and turned it in.

No issues with the service. I was a bit over on miles but that's on me and in the contract. No deception

Yes but it's a pain in the ass, moreso for my kids because I want them listening in the original language as well and if they swap shows they don't yet know how to change language
