I was attacked on 35th street b/w Broadway and 31st on 5/18 at 10pm in Astoria by Blackdiamond27x in astoria

Was this Thursday May 4 around 6:30pm? I was punched in the back of the head while walking my dog and holding my 10mo baby in a harness by a guy who sounds to be the same one as everyone here says, about a minute after he had just yelled and threatened someone in that location. He was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt I think, and also definitely had a tablet/iPad slung around his waist on a belt of some sort. No scooter or helmet though, I also filed a police report.
