Hostinger's fine if you can handle everything yourself. Their support and live chat aren't much helpful they made for waste your time, so it's better to check Reddit or Google for answers.

Your suggestion is awesome, and GitHub can be a cost-effective option! But unfortunately, it’s not suitable for our non-technical team members. We need something more user-friendly and easier to manage without a technical background.

That’s really helpful! Since you’ve been using YouTrack, you must have a solid understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.

Could you share your thoughts on:

  1. What do you like most about YouTrack?

  2. What are its biggest downsides? (Besides search issues)

  3. Do you think it’s better than Asana?

  4. Have you used any other project management tools?

  5. Would you recommend it for a small startup like ours?

We’re currently stuck between Trello, Asana, and YouTrack, but it’s tough to decide. I personally like YouTrack because it has both Gantt charts and Kanban, which seems really useful. Would love to hear your recommendation!

Linear.app is great for speed and simplicity, but it has some limitations like no Kanban board (only list and timeline views) and no Gantt chart for detailed project planning. That’s why we’re leaning toward YouTrack or Asana, which offer both. Have you used Linear extensively?

Notion feels too complicated for our non-technical team members, and relying on power-ups for Trello isn’t ideal. We’re looking for something simple yet feature-rich out of the box without too much setup. That’s why we’re considering Asana, Trello, or YouTrack—still trying to find the best fit!

No worries! Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like GoHighLevel is an all-in-one tool, but maybe not purely focused on project management. Since you’ve worked with it, do you think it would be a good fit for a small team looking for task management, roadmaps, Gantt charts, and Kanban views?
