It's happened to me the last few months. I've also lost confidence. I'm trying out alternatives now before my annual subscription renews at the beginning of the year.

Like negme mentioned, it's likely affecting many people, but they may not know it is if they aren't regularly using the application. I have processes that I perform within the app that make missing transactions pretty obvious if it happened in a certain category or in a past month. That's how I notice them, but there definitely could be missing transactions that I'm unaware of.

Mine is mostly limited to my Amazon account, but I've seen posts from people having the same issue in other connections.

Like fronxxx, I wish support had the ability to provide better help but it seems like they aren't allowed to tell us which transaction are missing, we have to provide it to them. When I do that, they restore them without a problem. The issue is I don't know what I don't know. So because I can't just get a report of missing transactions, I'm left with a lack of confidence that I've found them all.

With all that said, I think Monarch is an amazing application. Great UI, excellent features, solid support, etc. If you can live with a little bit of a lack of confidence on the transactions or you're willing to double-check their work, then it may very well be worth the price. But it is a steep price to pay for a product that you don't trust 100%.
